hey ladies! :) have any of you tried the 2-4-6-8 diet? I tried it for awhile, and it actually did work! I run everyday too though. Its a good way to start off, but make sure you are careful to watch how many calories are in food. how are all your diets going?
I did the 2468. It was great for me, but some weeks it was hard to keep on schedule. I lost about 16 lb.s in under a month and a half. its worth a try.
