Day 1: Eat 200 calories Day 2: Eat 400 calories Day 3: Eat 600 calories Day 4: Eat 800 calories and repeat |

Posted - 07/28/2007 : 15:56:06 I did the 2468. It was great for me, but some weeks it was hard to keep on schedule. I lost about 16 lb.s in under a month and a half. its worth a try. |

Posted - 05/15/2007 : 21:49:42 hey ladies! :) have any of you tried the 2-4-6-8 diet? I tried it for awhile, and it actually did work! I run everyday too though. Its a good way to start off, but make sure you are careful to watch how many calories are in food. how are all your diets going? |
